September 13th and 14th We have been given a Cajun and Zydeco stage as part of the Thames Festival on the South Bank. Its a huge annual event, and we are planning an exciting line-up of 8 of the best of UK based bands, dance instructors, Cajun food, and a great atmosphere. And its free!!! 12.00 - 9.30pm Saturday, 12.00 - 9.00pm Sunday.
The festival has grown over the last 10 years to become one of Europe’s largest street festivals, attracting an audience of 775,000 in 2007. An exciting mixture of arts, spectacle and entertainment, the festival transforms unusual spaces on and around the river with a mixture of street arts, music, pyrotechnics, art installations, river events and massed choirs.
